I love to make my pregnant clients delicious Green Smoothies and am often asked for the recipe. So to all of you who love to drink your vitamins and feel fabulous all at the same time here it is!
I just use a generic Bullet style personal blender and make one at a time, but you can make a bunch at once and store in the fridge, shake and serve.
A half a frozen banana
medallion sized piece of fresh ginger (my secret ingredient)
2 palm-sized pieces of kale (stems removed)
2 big hand-fulls of fresh bagged spinach
Pack firmly into blender and fill with almond milk
Blend til' smooth and enjoy!!!!!
